I'd like to recount the details of my weekend but I think it would just eat up too much space. It was awesome and not awesome at the same time. I went to places I've been to before (only I don't remember ever being there) and I was not able to go to places I wanted to go to. Far away from people and so close to people. It was like the dialectics at first hand. You cannot pick out the good things and leave out the bad ones. What you get is a mix of the two. Sometimes it's mostly good, sometimes mostly bad.
I needed this vacation trip badly. I'm thankful for it. While I don't exactly feel refreshed, I feel one second better.
