I just got home from CosMania 2008. I went there as Maria Kurenai (Hio Shizuka) from Vampire Knight. There were a lot of people who went as Cross Academy students, and I was happy that I got to take pictures with most of them. It would've been awesome if all Vampire Knight cosplayers sat in one place and posed together!
It was a very tiring day. Good thing Jet was there with me. I got to meet Ivan and Joy, both whom I tried to convince to try out cosplaying, too. And then I got to meet Tim and his wife Daisy, they look so cute together. Afterwards I met up with Eli and Nath, and, later on, Jerri. We also saw Jayne as Saber and Samantha as Sakura. And there was Jason as Negi with his awesome staff! There were lots of other awesome cosplays, and the only downside was the venue itself. Read: far end of crappy, it wasn't worth the 100 pesos entrance fee.
I'm really happy, right now. Thanks, Jet. I owe this big huge favor, like this \O_______O/ to you.
