The Butterfly Effect

Cheap things aren't really the best ones you'd get but the happiness in exchange, especially if you aren't really high-strung, is well worth it. I'd like to say that I did it for fun. I think it's actually better than having a haircut out of an impulse.

Just look! Cute red butterflies in my white painted nails! It's something that temporarily makes me smile. Sure the red nail paint smudged here and there, and the actual polish wasn't spread evenly. But hey, if you just try to stop nitpicking, it's actually kind of pretty!

Besides having my nails painted, I had my shoulder tattooed with a butterfly. It's just henna, so it'll probably wear off in a week or two(or three, if I don't take a bath). It not the best henna tattoo I've had, but it makes me feel pretty. And it makes me feel like my shoulder is sexy! Haha!

It's the value we ascribe to things and not the value we paid for things that makes them worthwhile. Don't you think so? =)
